Authentic Neapolitan Pizza with fresh basil, crushed tomato, artichoke! see ya there! Ciao’ !

So I keep reading and watching video about Anthony Mangieri. He is a small authentic pizza maker in New York’s East village. It inspires me when I listen to this guy talk about pizza. We offer NY style pizza at our shop and it is the mainstay of my business. But a few years ago we began to offer a Neapolitan pizza. I have to say that I really was not offering a true Neapolitan product. After watching Anthony I have begun to be more true to the Neapolitan values in pizza making. Last night I cranked out some incredible Neo pizzas. Anyone can sell hundreds of pizza in Bay City. But no one can offer a true Neapolitan pizza. I can honestly say that I feel confident and honored to say that I can. Now i just have to hope that the more choice savvy pizza consumer will come to me for these truly wonderful pizzas. Will You?
